Who is this designed for?

Can I migrate from another coaching platform?

How is this different from a normal coaching CRM?

Most tools focus on sessions and notes. Follow Through Systems is optimized for adherence: check-ins, risk flags, interventions, and recommit flows.

Can I run multiple programs and clients?

Yes. Plans are designed around active client capacity so you can scale accountability across programs and coaches.

Do clients need an app?

No mobile app install is required. The web experience is mobile-friendly for daily client check-ins.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in contract.

How is data handled?

We collect only what is required to run the product. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored in full by us.

Can this work beyond fitness coaching?

Yes. It is designed for life, business, executive, wellness, and performance coaching models.

  • Business coaching: make a minimum of 3 qualified outreach touches per day.
  • Executive coaching: complete one 25-minute deep-work block per day.
